Shipping/Delivery Charges

Payment Methods
If you are interested
in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by selecting 'Buy Now'. We accept only PayPal for online orders, or cash
when collection is preferred. Note: All product prices, features and specifications are subject to change without
notice.
You may also call 07760 335 037 to make an order over the phone. All orders received
by 12noon will be despatched the following day for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri). 48 Hour Delivery on all Amps. If
you pay by personal cheque, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your cheque.
Delivery
Please note - when paying for items with a credit/debit card through
PayPal we are only able to deliver goods to the card holders billing address.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once they
are delivered. All items are fully insured against loss or damage whilst in transit. Damages/shortages must be notified to
Gosbell Guitars within 48 hours of delivery. The charge for delivery will be shown at the final checkout stage before final
submission. Please contact Gosbell Guitars for quotations on International Delivery as they differ from UK Mainland.
Cancellations/Refunds
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay
for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed at our earliest convenience and can take up to 2 weeks to
show on the customer's account.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Warranties
New items come with a minimum 12 month warranty against manufacturer defect. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties
which will be enclosed with the product. Guitars/amps marked 'used' are sold from my personal collection and do not come with
any warranty.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect,
it will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 7 days of purchase.
After that time and for the remainder
of the warranty period, faulty goods must be returned to Gosbell Guitars at the customer's cost and liability.
For the duration of the warranty any faults due to manufacturer
defect will be repaired at no charge to the customer. Once repaired, goods will be returned to a UK address at no charge.
Persistently faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded at Gosbell Guitars discretion. Faults due to misuse are not covered
by any warranty.
7 Day Returns Policy (on-line orders)
Goods may be returned to Gosbell Guitars up to 7 days after date of
purchase for a full refund or exchange provided that:
1.
The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials.
2. The goods
are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer's request.
3. A valid receipt or proof of
purchase is produced.
Delivery and collection charges are not refundable.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling
